How to pass KYC - Finiko

How to register on Finiko?
Registration starts at the Finiko website where you will be prompted to fill in a login form: email address, password, phone number, the referral ID, and country. After checking the Terms of Use and Cookie Policy, you will be asked to choose a confirmation method: via Telegram or SMS. The registration is offered in Russian, English, German, Chinese and Korean language. The process of registration is as follows:
- Fill the login form at the thefiniko.com
- If you were invited by one of the platform users, register using the referral link
- Fill in the Profile section filling in all the sections and send for verification
- Have your passport ready for verification
- Verification takes up to 72 hours
- After successful verification, it will be highlighted in green in your Personal account
Passing KYC
Despite the simple registration, some people have been repeatedly rejected for KYC (Know Your Customer), and some people trying several times. Technical support, as we already said is good and they answer fast offering solutions.
To avoid rejection, the best way is to do all the previous steps very carefully. Let’s see how to do it in the right way.
- The first step is to go to Finiko website and press SIGN UP
- If you don’t have a referral link, you can use ours (find it in the video description)
- Verify your Mobile Phone Number
- You must fill all fields exactly like in your Passport (pay attention to lowercase and uppercase letters)
- Put a minus (-) sign if you don’t have a middle name, leave nothing blank
- Do not write the date of birth, select it from the drop-down menu
- Scroll down to attach the photo and repeat it with the photo of yourself holding your ID and make sure the information visible in the picture is not mirrored and you can read the text on your passport
- Use daily lights and make sure that every detail is seen in the picture and is readable
Errors and how to solve them
- Error: Access denied, it may occur if you are using VPN, so best to switch it to USA or UK or some EU country. After changing VPN refresh the page and the error is solved
- Error: Your country is not listed. On Google Chrome change language to English on the top right corner, refresh the page and your country will appear or choose the country that is nearest to you
- Error: photo rejected. Make sure to keep Passport up next to your head and all details are readable, as well your photo is not blurry. Zoom in and check your images before sending
After double check, press the send button. The verification is usually within 72 hours. It may happen you never receive a verification confirmation email. To check if you successfully passed Finiko KYC, go to Settings, and under Passport, you will see the status of document: Confirmed.
